Fresh Air On Christmas Day
Many of us enjoy fresh air on Christmas Day, at Pebblebed Holiday Cottages we are so well located to both the Devon coast and the Devon Countryside to get some fresh air on the big day, then retreat back to the Hot Tub or Woodburner for a well-earned break or continued Christmas Festivities.
Festive Swimming – near Pebblebed Holiday Cottages, Devon
Year on year more of our guests (and locals) get the adrenaline going on Christmas day with a swim; many of the local beaches have very popular Christmas Day and Boxing Day Swims. If you are up for it, see if you can do both East Devon Christmas Day Swims.

Alternatively, there are many other local beaches to choose from, golden sand, pebbles, red cliffs or white cliffs, etc. Equally important is the Hot Tub. Follow the Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Years Day dip in the fresh sea with a warming bubble in your private hot tub or snuggle up by the fire.
Christmas Walks – near Pebblebed Holiday Cottages, Devon
A Christmas Walk is a firm favorite in our household. Walk straight out of the Holiday Cottage drive and you are spoilt for choice of which route to take. Equally, you are able to pick up the Southwest Coast Path at most of the beaches along the Coastline near the Holiday Cottages in either direction. Fortunately, each of the long-distance walks can be done in shorter sections and they are all well served by public transport links. Find out more.
